Depending on you name and how unique it is makes you more vulnerable and stronger legal (even though it is not necessary). You may even cite hiding from former domestic abusers, have had threats from multiple sources, are just tired of having people harassing you and other reasons. You may also claim if your name is very unique that and that in fact you rightfully claim it as a trademark or copyright under Common Law not reqiring any governmental registration because once you are governmentally registerd it becomes commercial public knowledge.
