New York City has a Legal Action Center that counsels and advises those with criminal records and how to clean up their records. New York offers a certificate of rehab and relief from disabilities.

I don't know what other states offer but find out about Legal Action Centers that may be available in your area. Or contact the public defenders office or a criminal lawyer.
