Q about settleing state/county discrepencies

Does anyone know what I might need to do to settle a discrepency between my county and FDLE records? My county records say that adjudication was to be with held on my case, but the FDLE says that I have been convicted of it. What do I do?
I also need to know how to have my case sealed and espounged. Thanks.
