Has anybody ever got a federal expungement?

I'm wondering if anybody has ever been able to get a federal expungement? I've purchased both editions of "expungements" and they are very vauge on federal expungements (even though they advertise that you can get a federal expungement). Every lawyer I have talked to says it's not possible.
