Even more good news now ... a friend of the family lawyer ended up talking to some close people he knows, a senator, to be more specific, who said for me to come on down and he will get me in no problem. This is very serious and he was not kidding. So I am now making arrangements to move back to michigan to make this happen. SO IT IS POSSIBLE! I am a perfect example of an expungment ... I have 5 felonies ... 5!!! If I can do it, pretty much anyone else can. It is all not set and final yet, im not in michigan yet either. But i am almost positive it will work. The attorney wants me to call this monday morning, im sure it is to make arrangements.
