The Cert relief of disabilities is little more than a band-aid on the overall problem. I have spoken to those at the "center" and they offer no solutions in any capacity. Secondly, they were perplexed as my nomenclature states, about the possibility of a corium nobis, or 440 motions. Lastly, yes I also have criminal records due to petty credit card and product related disputes. I have currently been accepted to law school, and I am currently completing my Masters. However I feel that it all may be for not. What do I do, how do I live and persevere, knowing that I should be something more, however the actions of a person who is no longer present with in, still reflect upon me present day. New York, as well as ever other state, needs to implement some procedure for expungement, people have paid there dues, and want to move on with there lives, that is why there is recidivism, once a criminal always a criminal, is societies mindset. People must allow others the option for change, accept, and nurture that change.
